I can get behind this, the burst scrambler is worthless at the moment.

No. I've been using them almost exclusively for a few months and kicked plenty of butt with them. It's not worse now, it's the other weapons hit detection that have been massively improved to the point where they HUGELY outperform single shot weapons. Automatic weapons blow single shot weapons into deep space now in terms of DPS. That's the issue.
I kicked butt with them before and after 1.4 so I'm not sure what your problem is. The aim assist is actually helping me land the headshots faster.
Oh and you want to bring it to include all single shot weapons? Because the scrambler rifle is still far superior to the assault rifle from my perspective (AR is just easier to use, but the scrambler in the right hands will always kill more).
I really wish I could record my gameplay to prove that the scrambler pistol is still amazing good.
